Hello! We need to see the dress first because depending on the material, layers, and design, a hem could take longer. If the dress is truly simple, it can be done but, again, we would need to assess it first. Come by any time and we will see.

Tran who owns this dry cleaners is a very nice guy. His family has really worked in the past couple years to improve customer service. The quality of work and prices are fantastic now. I've never had better customer service at a cleaners. Give Blue Ribbon a try.

I brought in a pair of curtains that were EXTREMELY dirty. Due to smoke and major construction done where I live. Plus it had been a long time since they were cleaned. I would have been happy if they were slightly cleaner. So I was pleasantly surprised when I put them up at home. They look as good as the day I bought them!!

as a first time customer and I highly recommend this business, the customers service was outstanding they took care all of my needs. The attendants were very welcoming an accommodating also very polite and friendly , very helpful and informative with my concern's. They have same day service which I was very impressed by because I couldn't find other places that could do same day service in a urgency, i request it to be ready by a certain time and I got it! also was notified by text witch is very beneficial !!! And they can do Apple Pay or cash or debit which it's very convenient because I forgot my wallet and wasn't carrying any cash. AlsoI was satisfied with my clothes they were very pressed and clean And they informed me if stains were able to be treated before they are proceed and review my clothes beforehand and let me know if my clothes had any tears to see if I was aware. The best part is I their hours are from 7am-6pm and I had to work long hours this week and they were assistive with me and watied a hour for me since I was big of a distance away ! thank you blue ribbon!!

I changed my review. I will never go back to this place again. They contract out their shoe cleaning and repairs. My $500 dollar boots came back in horrible condition and a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR!
All I wanted was the small SCUFFS buffed out and leather protection to keep them fresh.
The owner REFUSED to take care of the matter. He said it's not his responsibility. He would not give me his shoe guys' information so I could deal with him myself, nor reimburse me my huge loss.
Please, please, please beware.
What really blows my mind is that he owns a very customer service oriented business & there's a ton of them all over the city, but for him, he gave me a real solid shoulder shrug & mumbled can't help you & determined the huge screw up closed!
WHAT? REALLY! I'm not done and will continue to blast to keep true LB peeps notified of this place. Please spare yourself. He is very kind, professional & he goes beyond the expectations we all look for in Excellent Customer Service.
He remodeled the entire place. It is completely different. I had to question if I was in the right dry cleaners because you can't even recognize it now. The new owner did an excellent job on my clothes and hats I had brought in. Every item looks new again. I am very particular in my dry cleaning, always looking for a better place.
I have now found a 5 Star Dry Cleaners! The entire experience was excellent.
I'm now a loyal customer!

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SHOE REPAIR. I took my favorite Steve Madden leather shoes in for cleaning and to put new shoelaces on and fix the heels. Counter attendant wasn't sure about how to handle it (I guess they send their shoe repairs to a 3rd party), so she wrote the ticket: "clean shoes, repair heels, replace shoelaces" and she said someone would call me in a day or two. That didn't happen, no one called me then. But two weeks later they called & said my shoes were ready.
But they didn't clean my shoes - they said they couldn't. However, they did replace the heels.
Like, you're going to do half the job and not tell me? Maybe, if the shoes can't be cleaned, then I DON'T WANT NEW HEELS ON THEM? Maybe I don't want to pay $30 for new heels on dirty shoes that can't be cleaned?!?
When I picked up the shoes, the man at the counter today offered only the vaguest of apologies, one mealy-mouthed "sorry," and nothing discounted from the fee for my brand-new heels on my dirty old shoes.
Not good enough, Blue Ribbon Cleaners. This is why you get one star.
It's not that they did a bad job. The heels look like they're done right. I am upset about the communication: They should have let me know that the shoes couldn't be cleaned first, AND THEN LET ME DECIDE if I wanted to proceed with the repair.

I needed my Engagement Party dress hemmed a couple of inches. I was assured it'd be ready before the day of the party, which it was not. I was then told it was ready for pick up on the day of the party. However, it wasn't even hemmed, only a jagged cut. I was so embarrassed at my party because the dress started unraveling at the bottom where it was cut. I had to throw away a brand new, expensive dress. Never giving this place my business again!

I don't like to hand out 5 stars too often, but this place is great. I've never had a problem with them, and always been happy with the results.

I get my shirts washed here.
The price is right for under two dollars to wash and press the shirt.
I recently had alterations done on a pair of slacks and a pair of jeans and it was nine dollars.
I think they're pretty good value and the turnaround is pretty good. I get it the next day.

Took in several jackets and clothing thinking they would be in good hands . Staff is friendly. However, waited more than 3 weeks just to demand my leather jacket back all wrinkled. One of my blazers was ruined and I only used it once previous to bringing it in. It looks like the last 3 coats I picked up were not even cleaned and I was charged for them ! Don't recommend you take your loved items if you want them back in good shape.

So I used this place twice now first time was great for my work shirts altered and done on time. Second time around idk if it was due to holidays but it went pass time I was told they would be ready and then was told they will bring my shirts by Monday or Tuesday I go back until Tuesday. And nothing they girl working called the seamstress and told her to have me come back at 6:15-6:30 pm. And they would have my shirts there. So when I get there I pull up to front and I see this guy walking in before me as he passed my truck he's mad dogging me. Lol so I get out of my truck I walk in after him he calls out to his lady who works there and says you have a customer and it's the last one as he's locking the doors behind me. I thought they close the business at 7pm and plus I was told to come back at a certain time to pick up my shirts finally the whole time I'm waiting for the owner to bring my shirt the guy passing back and forth sizing me up as he carry's their personal laundry to car from back. So I felt uncomfortable so I went out of the business and waited in my truck till owner walked up with my shirts. First of all lack of getting my shirts done and then being disrespected by an employee husband/boyfriend and especially him locking the door while it don't close till 7. Who owns this establishment the husband that don't work there? Who disrespects paying customers?
